Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
  • Learn product knowledge across boots, hats, apparel, and accessories to advise on fit and selection
  • Assist with boot and hat fittings and sizing
  • Operate the register and process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Stock, size, and organize merchandise and maintain floor presentation
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally
  • Support general store upkeep and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Interest in or familiarity with western wear a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift merchandise
  • Availability for weekends and holidays
