Lead Bartender

Work the bar while leading the shift. Set the pace for service, support the bar team, and handle stocking, counts, and closeout accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the bar during assigned shifts and serve guests directly
  • Direct and support barbacks and bartenders throughout service
  • Train new bar staff on service standards and procedures
  • Conduct inventory counts and submit ordering needs to management
  • Handle cash drawers, reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting
  • Enforce responsible service, ID verification, and safety procedures
  • Complete and verify opening and closing checklists
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate to management as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Two or more years of bartending experience required
  • Prior lead, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
