Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits to standard
  • Take orders, ring transactions, and manage tabs accurately
  • Maintain product knowledge across the bourbon and whiskey selection
  • Stock and restock liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnish
  • Verify identification and follow all responsible service laws
  • Keep the bar, wells, and equipment clean and sanitized
  • Complete opening, closing, and inventory duties

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • One year of bartending experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits categories
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
