Cook

Prepare and cook menu items on our food trucks while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked station. Assist with customer service at the window as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, stock, and prepare the truck for service
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation during service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code requirements
  • Keep the truck, equipment, and work areas clean throughout the shift
  • Assist at the service window and register during busy periods
  • Support load-in, load-out, and restocking at the commissary

Requirements:

  • Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred; will train the right candidate
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a small, fast-paced space
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and event days
